Hi, I'm Mariola Diawara
Workplace Learning Strategist
Since 2008, I have dedicated my career to Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning. I collaborate with my staff and clients to build and deploy a Learning and Development Strategy and/or Learning Interventions that makes learning personal, relevant, enjoyable, and which has a direct impact to the bottom line and individual success.

I love what I do for a living. Learning and Development really is a lifestyle for me. With new innovations and tools entering the industry continuously, I love exploring how these can enrich my professional practice.
My office is based in Amersfoort, and yet the vast majority of my team, clients, and stakeholders are globally dispersed. This means that most of my meetings are virtual, much to the delight of our Labrador Retriever who snuggles at my feet at every opportunity.
This Spring, I concluded my MS in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning at Boise State University in Idaho.
