I collaborate with my staff and clients to build and deploy a Learning and Development Strategy and/or Learning Interventions that makes learning personal, relevant, enjoyable, and which has a direct impact to the bottom line and individual success.

I love what I do for a living. Learning and Development really is a lifestyle for me. With new innovations and tools entering the industry continuously, I love exploring how these can enrich my professional practice.
My office is based in Amersfoort, and yet the vast majority of my team, clients, and stakeholders are globally dispersed. This means that most of my meetings are virtual, much to the delight of our Labrador Retriever who snuggles at my feet at every opportunity.
This Spring, I concluded my MS in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning at Boise State University in Idaho.
Today was flawless! Simple, clear messages, light-hearted design guiding us through the most important Privacy & Cybersecurity topics we deal with every day.

Redesign of the training curriculum for onboarding of examiners.

Responsible for establishing the strategic L&D program in line with the Business, HR strategy and Supply, Research & Development objectives
Learning Design & Development project lead for the portfolios: Wells Engineering, SubSurface, Project Academy, Upstream International, Contracting & Procurement and the broader "Learning in Shell" community.
Responsible for providing blended training solutions for both Retail staff and retailers/dealers/site staff, based on competence gaps, ensuring classroom training is not perceived as the only solution to bridge the specified gaps.
